Commitment to Excellence

Before becoming a part of our dedicated team at Little Lionhearts Nursery School, all potential staff members undergo a thorough professional interview process, ensuring they are not only qualified but also share our ethos and commitment to excellence in childcare. In addition to the interview, we adhere to a stringent safer recruitment checklist. This includes conducting enhanced DBS checks to ensure the suitability of staff to work with children, and following up with at least two professional references to verify their experience and capabilities.

Furthermore, our commitment to quality childcare extends to the continuous professional development of our staff. Regularly, our team members participate in a variety of trainings and courses. These educational opportunities are carefully selected to expand their knowledge base, introduce new skills, and stay abreast of the latest advancements in early childhood education. This ongoing professional development is not only beneficial for our staff’s career progression but is also crucial in maintaining the high standards of care and education we provide to our young learners.

This meticulous approach to staff recruitment and development is a cornerstone of our commitment to providing an environment where children can thrive, learn, and grow under the guidance of skilled and passionate educators.
