A New Step in Our Journey
At Little Lionhearts Nursery School, we’re always looking for ways to grow and adapt to meet the needs of our children and families. With both our Cubs and Little Lions rooms getting busier, we are excited to introduce a brand-new space — the Pre–Little Lions Room.
Who Is the Room For?
The Pre–Little Lions Room will welcome children aged around 1 year 9 months up to our younger 2-year-olds. It is designed to provide a calm, nurturing environment that bridges the journey between the Cubs and Little Lions rooms, supporting children as they take their next step in development.
Meet the Team
To make the transition smooth and familiar, one Cubs staff member and one Little Lions staff member will be moving into this new room. We are delighted that Wanda and Kasia will be based here, ensuring continuity of care while welcoming children to their new setting. This does mean there will be some changes to children’s key person allocations, which will be displayed outside the Pre–Little Lions Room.
Location and Opening Date
The new room will be located next to the Little Lions Room, at the end of the corridor, in the space that was previously the Cubs Room. We’re excited to officially open the Pre–Little Lions Room on Monday 29th September 2025.
Parents of children moving into this room will receive a separate email with further details about the transition.
